About Talen Energy Stadium

A soccer-specific stadium located outside Philadelphia, Talen Energy Stadium is the home stadium of Major League Soccer’s Philadelphia Union. It opened in 2010 at a cost of $120 million and resides on Chester’s waterfront along the Delaware River. The stadium has played host to the MLS All-Star Game, quarterfinals of the NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse Championship, the annual Collegiate Rugby Championships and international rugby matches including the US Men’s National Team and the world-famous New Zealand All Blacks.
