This 46-acre park features lighted racquetball courts, an in-line hockey rink, three tournament-quality softball fields, and a six-acre wooded area which is bisected by Jerry Branch Creek. Development of this park was made possible by a generous donation from the estate of Louis A. Vanech. Over three hundred trees have been planted in the park through the efforts of the Bay Bouquet Garden Club. This park is also the site of Dunedin's Happy Tails Dog Park. It features an acre large dog area and a half acre small dog area. Both areas are fenced in and include drinking fountains and benches. The area is scenic with a small lake and woods surrounding the park.
