Cedar Lane Park

Cedar Lane Park is recognized as one of the finest and most popular sports complexes in Howard County. A .8-mile paved pathway connects the park’s two main areas, which cover 93 acres. The West area includes 2 lighted synthetic turf fields, 4 lighted ball diamonds, Restrooms, Playground with outdoor fitness equipment, Volleyball Courts, Bocce Courts, and a Pavilion (Which is on a first-come, first-served basis, unless reserved). The East Area includes 2 natural grass multi-purpose fields available for scheduled use, basketball courts, 4 tennis courts, playground, Pavilion (Which is on a first-come, first-served basis, unless reserved), Horseshoe pits, and restrooms. Fitness programs are held in the indoor facility located in the West Area. The park is open from 7 AM to dusk or as posted. Personal grills and hibachis are not permitted. Park regulations prohibit hunting, firearms, and alcoholic beverages. Leashed pets are allowed in the park but not in picnic, playground or sports areas. Howard County law requires owners to clean up after their pets.
