3 Sisters Yoga + Fitness

A community-based yoga and wellness studio that provides quality yoga and fitness classes to the Avon community and beyond. There are a variety of classes available at 3Sisters Yoga + Fitness including hot power yoga for all levels, fitness, and slow yoga classes. Plagens adds that there is a schedule with over 25 classes available from several instructors.

As 3Sisters continues to grow, Plagens says that she hopes the yoga community will grow and continue to expand as well. "We hope to serve Avon and the surrounding communities by bringing the practice of yoga and wellness," she says. "We hope we accomplish helping people feel more ready to take on the world after being here."

3Sisters is set out on an adventure to help others be inspired, perspire, laugh, and grow!
