Hawthorn Pond Natural Area

Great place for kids to learn how to fish. The pond is 5 acres, along a river and 40 acres of woods/meadows. There is a walking trail around the 5-acre Hawthorn Pond with a kayak launch ramp. There are lookout stations at various locations around the pond as well as on the Macatawa River. Hawthorn Pond Natural Area is jointly owned by Holland Charter Township and Ottawa County. Leashed pets allowed.
