It combines elements of tennis and pickleball on a smaller enclosed court, making it easy to learn and incredibly fun. Visitor information The Visitor Experience is a self-guided tour with many exhibits for you to see and read about the Bingham Canyon Mine, its history, and operations. We also offer a virtual tour of our operation to continue learning about the Bingham Canyon Mine: [https://www.youvisit.com/tour/riotinto](https://www.youvisit.com/tour/riotinto") Shuttles can accommodate up to 30 guests. Shuttle service to the mine overlook runs 7-days a week starting each day at 9:30 am and runs every 30 minutes with the last shuttle departing at 2:30pm (and returning by 4:00pm). The entire experience takes about an hour but can run longer depending on how long you visit the Bingham Canyon Mine overlook. You are welcome to take pictures of your visit, however professional photography is not allowed. Be prepared for the weather as the Visitor Experience is completely outdoors. The weather at the mine is sometimes different than that of the rest of the Salt Lake Valley. On sunny days, it will be hot. Bring water, sunscreen, and sun protection. If it looks like it may rain, please consider a jacket or umbrella. In the cooler months, be prepared for wind and cold temperatures. Big Mountain Trail is a newer addition to the mountain bike trails at Snowbird resort. Although the trail is accessible by climbing a number of fire roads or other trails, Snowbird’s tram makes those options seem more like punishment than anything else. This gorgeous, fast, flowy, endless descent is suited for nearly any mountain bike. The views from the top are breathtaking, and the scenery as you descend will leave you in awe. The work Snowbird has put into the trail becomes immediately apparent with rollers on the straightaways and well built ladders over the marshy areas. You'll also encounter the occasional natural, but mellow, rock garden.

The Corner Canyon Trail System is a fantastic recreational area near Salt Lake City that is mainly used for mountain biking but also allows foot traffic, dogs, and horseback riding. The trail system is butted up against the Wasatch mountains in the city of Draper in the southeast corner of the Salt Lake Valley. Tucked between developments is a free and wide open swath of doubletrack and singletrack to explore without having to leave the suburbs. With its low altitude, the riding season starts earlier and lasts longer than many Wasatch mountain biking trails. The average difficulty of the trails is moderate with a few more technical sections, meaning this is a place that everyone who loves to ride should try.
