Saskatoon Minor Football Field

Located in Saskatoon’s historic Holiday Park neighbourhood, Saskatoon Minor Football Field in the Gordie Howe Sports Complex opened in September of 1960 and has since become a local landmark, attracting athletes and spectators from across the country.

Saskatoon Minor Football Field is the past and presents home of multiple distinguished Saskatoon football programs, including minor football, high school football, and flag football. The field is home to the Saskatoon Hilltops of the Canadian Junior Football League and the Saskatoon Valkyries of the Western Women’s Canadian Football League. Renovations in 2014 saw the installation of an artificial turf field. The Gordie Howe Sports Complex was completed in 2015 and features expanded dressing rooms, washrooms, concession, banquet space, and spectator seating for 4,500 people.
