Located on Grigsby Chapel Road, the trail connects many of the neighborhood subdivisions, condos and apartments north of this road. An additional 1/4-mile segment is located behind the Farragut Primary School connecting the former end of the trail at the corner of Grigsby Chapel Road to Founders Park at Campbell Station.

Parking is available at the Town's commuter lot located at 11700 Campbell Lakes Drive (off Campbell Station Road) or at Farragut Primary School during non-school hours.
