The South Carolina Equine Park is a major economic driver. Since opening in 2009, an average of 30 weekends have been booked each year, consistently producing an economic impact of more than $4 million dollars annually. The addition of a second covered arena creates an opportunity to increase the economic impact of the Park, offering a safe and attractive space for additional competition as well as protection from inclement weather. The Park contracts with show operators in several disciplines and horse associations.
