Fitness Centre:
This high-calibre fitness centre is a fully integrated environment, making it accessible to all. Featuring Olympic-lifting platforms, the space provides a broad selection of equipment including: cardio equipment, 21-cable machines, a full range of free weights, barbells, kettlebells, recovery and soft tissue equipment, accessible equipment and much more!

Four-Lane Track & Incline Training Area
Our accessible, four-lane, 400-metre training track includes outdoor seating, a 100-metre sprint area, and the Peninsula Co-op 6% incline training area, which enables runners to hill train with low impact. Clients, national teams, athletes with Canadian Sport Institute Pacific and students of Camosun College book the track, but when it’s available, the community can use it or you can rent the track for group training.

Field
An outdoor, international-sized artificial turf field, the Field is equipped with regulation-sized soccer goals and small team benches. Fully lit with field lines, you can play your sport day or night.

Gymnasium
At 14,800 square feet, our gym can be divided into two by a retractable curtain – perfect for practices, games and tournaments. With a capacity of 800 people, you can host banquets, dinners and even wedding receptions.
