JAWS Skate Park

Jaws Skate Park is a skateboard park located in New Braunfels, Texas. It is officially named the Ernest Eikel Park. The park was built in 2009 and has become a skateboarding Mecca within sight of Interstate 35 between Austin and San Antonio. The park has all types of skateboard terrain for all skill levels. It boasts a large flow bowl with roll in, over-vertical pocket and a spine feature. The spine connects to the park-style street course. A replica swimming pool has tighter transitions and caters to the large pool skating contingency in the area. A snake run houses a built-in mini ramp, pump bumps and a variety of features along a winding pathway. The multi-level street course includes large planting areas full of palm trees and just about every type of skatepark feature.
