Hyatt Regency Rochester is connected to the South Avenue parking garage. Hyatt guests use the South Avenue parking garage, which is managed and operated by Riverside Parking. Self-Parking: Overnight guests receive a discounted rate of $17.00 per night with in-and-out privileges. Self-Parking for Visitors: For credit cards, take a ticket upon entrance and pay at the exit. For cash, please utilize the payment kiosk located on level two, to the left of the elevators next to the hotel entrance, or exit via the left-hand South Avenue exit.

We are happy to welcome your dog to Hyatt Regency Rochester with designated dog-friendly rooms! Our canine guests will be delighted with amenities tailored just for them. Weight Limits: Only dogs weighing 50 lbs or under will be permitted. Two dogs may stay in a guestroom, provided that the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 lbs. Fees There is a $60.00 fee per pet, regardless of length of stay with $10.00 of that fee being donated to a local animal shelter to help pets in need.
