About EXACT Sports

We are a leader in mental performance training and athlete development, from youth to professional levels. Our development tools have been used by professional teams such as US Soccer, USWNT, teams in MLB, teams in NHL, etc. and college teams such as UNC, Illinois, Wake Forest and more. We launched our camp program in 2010 to help 8th-12th grade athletes maximize their potential and prepare for the college level. Our camps provide a unique platform for the elite athlete by combining on-field training & evaluation by top college coaches with EXACT's mental performance curriculum. We host 250+ events per year nationally in soccer, volleyball, basketball and baseball and are proud to be the top-rated ID Camp in the country.
