Go Nuts Bike Racing

Now celebrating our 10th year, Go Nuts Biking hosts high‑energy, family‑friendly mountain biking events throughout the Southeast and Mid‑Atlantic. Our series includes multiple mountain bike disciplines — Cross Country, Enduro, and Downhill — with races suited to all skill levels, from young riders just getting started to experienced pros.

Each season, participants travel from an average of 10 states, often bringing their families and staying in host communities for several days to practice and enjoy the event atmosphere. Our weekends regularly feature dual‑race formats with two styles of competition running in parallel. We average 150–250 racers per day and draw more than 1,000 spectators over the course of a weekend. Our 2025 schedule includes premier locations such as Massanutten Resort, Snowshoe, Windrock, Rock Creek, among others. We are always seeking new cities and venues to expand our footprint.

In 2026, we are excited to expand our reach internationally, with plans to host Go Nuts Biking races in Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru. This global extension furthers our mission of bringing mountain biking to new regions and connecting with a broader community of riders.

Beyond our own events, Go Nuts Biking provides timing and race management services for other organizations — private parks, city tourism boards, and local venues — enabling them to host their own races such as Urban Mountain Bike Races, Short Track Series, and more.

Go Nuts is run by me and my wife and partner, Melissa. This will be our 10th year managing the organization together, and we consider it a blessing to build something we love.

We offer something for everyone — from kids to pros — with the goal of hosting fun, competitive, professionally run races while ensuring everyone has a great time.
