Underground Phenoms is an exposure basketball circuit created to discover overlooked talent on the grassroots level.

The Underground Phenoms Exposure program was established to discover and promote the players who are overlooked on the "Grassroots Basketball Circuit". We look where others don't look and we give exposure to players others won't. Our staff is committed to calling it like it is and giving credit where credit is due.
