The mission of the NCHSAA is to provide governance and leadership for interscholastic athletic programs that support and enrich the educational experience of students. The NCHSAA is a 501C3 nonprofit organization charged by the NC State Board of Education to administer high school interscholastic athletics to member high schools which currently number 446.
