SUMMER MEMBERSHIP CONFERENCE 2026/2027

We are excited to present you with a Request for Proposal (RFP) to partner with Compete Sports Diversity and to host a conference in 2026 and 2027. As you may know, Compete acts as a social enterprise operating in the sports industry. Our mission is to connect our large database of sports organizers who all represent various disenfranchised communities whether that be within the LGBTQ+, people of color, women-specific, and adaptive realms. We work diligently to connect major corporate partners, DMOs, and city resources with these groups who host their tournaments all over the country. Additionally, our conferences and summits are very educational content-heavy. We pair this with authentic networking functions over a three-day, two-night conference with an optional early day for the host city to bring in all the rights holders for a private all-day FAM. This event is typically hosted in the month of June but can be flexible.

This is a hosted buyer conference and there will be quality networking opportunities while visiting a world-class destination. The networking, social functions, and partnerships with Professional Sporting Teams allow meeting planners quality face-to-face time to strengthen relationships with destinations. A 1:1 ratio of meeting planners (never to exceed 30 meeting planners and 30 destinations/suppliers) to DMOs/Facilities/Hotels, etc. will allow formal and informal networking opportunities.
