H3 Athletix events are designed to create high-energy, professionally organized athletic experiences for youth and amateur athletes, families, coaches, sponsors, and community partners. Our programming may include tournaments, showcases, camps, clinics, combine-style evaluations, training events, and community sports experiences that give athletes an opportunity to compete, develop, gain exposure, and be part of a positive event environment.
The goal of each H3 Athletix event is to deliver more than just games or sessions. We aim to create a full event experience that includes organized competition, athlete development, family engagement, media coverage, branding opportunities, sponsor visibility, and a strong community atmosphere. Depending on the event format, hosts may see a mix of athletes, coaches, spectators, vendors, trainers, photographers, videographers, and event staff on site.
H3 Athletix is focused on building events that are well-run, safe, family-friendly, and valuable for both participants and host communities. We are looking for host partners that can help us provide quality facilities, smooth operations, and a welcoming environment. In return, our events are intended to drive facility usage, bring families and teams into the area, create local economic activity, and strengthen the host’s reputation as a destination for competitive youth and amateur sports.
H3 Athletix is seeking host partners that can support flexible event timing based on the size, format, and schedule of each event. Timing needs may include full-day, multi-day, weekend, evening, or seasonal event windows depending on the program. We are especially interested in venues that can accommodate setup time before the event, competition or programming time during the event, and breakdown time after the event concludes.
Preferred availability would include access to the facility early enough for staff arrival, registration setup, vendor/sponsor setup, signage placement, equipment staging, and athlete check-in before participants arrive. For larger events, we may require access the day before the event for load-in, court or field setup, branding, walkthroughs, and operational preparation.
Event schedules may include morning through evening programming, with flexibility for staggered start times, multiple waves of athletes, team check-ins, warm-ups, awards, media coverage, and post-event cleanup. H3 Athletix values facilities that can provide clear availability windows, reasonable setup and breakdown access, and flexibility to adjust timing based on registration numbers, event flow, and participant experience.
