2029 USA Powerlifting Collegiate Nationals-RFP

The USA Powerlifting Collegiate Nationals is a premier event that showcases the strength and competitive spirit of college powerlifting athletes across the nation. Held annually, this championship brings together participants from various universities, fostering a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship while promoting the sport of drug free powerlifting. The event includes multiple weight classes for both men and women, allowing athletes to compete at their respective levels. With rigorous standards and officiating, the competition consists of three main lifts—squat, bench press, and deadlift—measured for maximum weight. In addition to individual accolades, teams also vie for the prestigious title of National Champion, encouraging school pride and participation. The event typically attracts a large audience, including coaches, alumni, and fans, making it an excellent opportunity for sponsors and partners to engage with a dedicated and passionate community.

We need an open venue space that is approximately 30-50k sq ft. No specific flooring needed as we bring in our competition platforms. We will need 5-7 additional breakout rooms that will be large enough for ~25-50 people for weigh ins, equipment check, doping control, staff space, etc. We bring in a tractor trailer with our equipment so a loading dock is necessary.

Looking for a date in April of 2029. Full production of event takes roughly a week for full set up and breakdown.
