Great Race

Great Race RFP for 2028 and beyond: Great Race is the nation’s oldest, longest-running, and most prestigious vintage automobile rally. Free to the public and infused with a true Spirit of Americana, the event draws thousands of spectators for several hours of family-friendly excitement. in 2026, Great Race traveled from Springfield, IL to Pasadena, CA with the legendary Route 66 to celebrate the centennial for the Mother Road- an iconic backdrop for this historic rally!

We are looking to develop partners for future routes for the Great Race rally, as each route requires 17 community partners.

We are preparing a 9 day rally race that will cover roughly 2,300 miles, partnering with 17 different communities to host the iconic rally. Promotions include hosting lunch or dinner for the racers. For dinner we also need help securing the 300 hotel rooms for overnight.
