Sun Bowl Smack Down

We will have a minimum of 40 players in person and 150 spectators and would need 3000sf to accommodate production, plus sponsor booths.

We would have a maximum of 340 players in person and 500 spectators and would need a maximum of 40,000sf to accommodate booths, meet and greets, cosplayers, concessions, etc.

This is a Vegas style production. So regardless of whether we have a large or small space, we will need a stage large and long enough to accommodate at least 4 players at the same time. We will also need space for geysers, hazers, and cold sparks (so long as the cold sparks are permitted by the Fire Marshal).

We will host a "Feature Fortnite" match between the bowl game teams' esports teams/clubs virtually during the evening of 12/26/2023.
