Cool Hockey Events (Ball Hockey) RFP 2027+

CoolHockey Events is seeking East Coast host destinations for a series of indoor ball (dek) hockey tournaments held between December and March. Events are structured as 6–8 three-day weekend tournaments and ideally require a minimum of two indoor rinks, with the flexibility to scale participation based on available space.

A single-rink event typically hosts 20 teams / ~400 players, plus spectators and staff, generating 2–4 night stays for participants, families, and officials. With two rinks, participation can increase to 600–650 total attendees through expanded divisions. Destinations with indoor facilities near beach or resort-style markets are strongly encouraged to respond.
