The Playeasy Innovators Summit is a 3-day in-person event bringing together the leaders shaping the future of sports tourism. Designed primarily for destinations, with participation extending beyond their sales teams, the Summit creates space for marketing, sales, servicing, and leadership to come together. The first day is dedicated to collaboration and networking, followed by an entire day focused on our signature Event Organizer Showcase.
Following a successful inaugural Summit in Valley Forge, PA, Playeasy is seeking the next host for this growing annual gathering.
The Innovators Summit blends thought leadership, hands-on training, and collaborative workshops with plenty of networking and community-building. Attendees gain early access to product innovations, share best practices, and learn directly from peers and industry experts, driving impact nationwide.
More than a conference, the Summit is where Playeasy’s community of destinations, event organizers, and partners connect to innovate, build stronger relationships, and shape the future of the sports tourism industry together.
In total, we will need access to the facility for four days, ideally from Sunday through Wednesday or Monday through Thursday. The Playeasy team will arrive on the first day to begin setup and continue preparations through the next morning. The conference will officially open the first evening with a kickoff event at the main venue. The second day will feature a full day of content, followed by an off-site evening activity and the option for a late-night outing. On the third day, programming will conclude with a half day of content focused on event organizers, with the option of an additional evening outing such as a sporting or cultural event. Teardown will take place on the final afternoon. When considering availability, please avoid all bank holidays as well as the week of June 22.
