2025 MAC Freedom Men's Golf Championship

The MAC is seeking championship quality golf courses in the Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey areas that can withstand one practice round and two days of competition to conduct the 2025 MAC Men’s Freedom Championship.

MAC Freedom Institutions:

Arcadia University - Glenside, Pennsylvania Delaware Valley University - Doylestown, Pennsylvania DeSales University - Center Valley, Pennsylvania Fairleigh Dickinson University - Madison, New Jersey King's College (Pa.) - Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania Lebanon Valley College - Annville, Pennsylvania Misericordia University - Dallas, Pennsylvania Stevens Institute of Technology - Hoboken, New Jersey

The MAC Golf Championship is a 36-hole tournament spread across two competition days. However, the golf course shall be scheduled and utilized for three (3) consecutive days for the MAC Golf Championship. Day 1 shall be a practice round. Day 2 is round one of the MAC Golf Championship and Day 3 is round two of the MAC Golf Championship which is immediately followed by an onsite awards ceremony.

The MAC does not require exclusive use of the golf course and facility during the championship event.

Competition Rounds will have the first tee-times starting at 10:00 AM Eastern Time for round 1 and round 2. The starting tee times can be adjusted based on golf course need or if necessary due to weather conditions in order to make best efforts to complete the entire round in the same day the round started.

Teams shall compete in threesome groupings determined by MAC Office. Each grouping shall tee off in intervals of 9 minutes.

A maximum of 8 teams are eligible to qualify for the 2025 MAC Freedom Men’s Golf Championship which would be a maximum of 40 golfers in the field.

The dates for the 2025 MAC Men's Freedom Golf Championship are May 3-4. With an optional practice round on May 2. These are the planned dates right now but the MAC would be open to a discussion on possible dates within that same week.
