New ‘Global Italian Marketplace’ Eataly Set to Open at King of Prussia Mall by Fall 2025

Eataly, the new “global Italian marketplace,” is set to open its doors at King of Prussia Mall by next fall, writes Justin Heinze for the Patch.

The work on the latest location of the multi-level Italian dining and shopping experience has been ongoing for over a year. Some of the more recently completed updates include an escalator inside the store.

The King of Prussia Location will cover around 23,000 square feet of space and will feature an on-site restaurant La Pizza & La Pasta as well as many aisles that have fresh Italian fare. The marketplace will also feature a bakery, fish market, cheese area, produce section, butcher, and more.

The Eataly location in King of Prussia was first announced in October 2023, and work has been underway since then to transform the available space. The new establishment will occupy the part of the mall that previously housed Rite Aid and Forever 21.

Eataly operates over 50 stores worldwide across 15 countries, 12 of which are in North America. The new location at King of Prussia will be its first in Pennsylvania and the Delaware Valley.
