Prospect Wire Announces Expansive 2026 Fall Schedule Across Florida and the West
Prospect Wire is preparing for one of the busiest fall seasons in company history, with 17 events scheduled across Florida, Arizona, California and Utah between Labor Day weekend and mid-December.
The 2026 schedule features a combination of established tournaments that have become fall traditions for travel baseball programs, along with several new events that are already generating strong early registration numbers.
“Fall has become an incredibly important part of our calendar,” said Brian Werner of Prospect Wire. “Teams are planning earlier, traveling farther and looking for events at quality facilities in destinations where their players and families can have a complete experience. Several of our fall tournaments have developed into can’t-miss events, and the early registration numbers for 2026 show how much momentum this schedule has built.”
In Polk County, the Central Florida Fall Kickoff continues its rapid growth. The event welcomed 33 teams during its inaugural year in 2024 before increasing to 64 teams in 2025. The 2026 tournament already has 50 teams registered ahead of August.
The Fall World Series has also established itself as one of Prospect Wire’s largest annual events. The tournament hosted 98 teams in 2024 and 97 teams in 2025, with 47 teams already committed for this October’s event.
“Polk County has become one of the foundations of our fall schedule,” Werner said. “Between the quality and depth of the facilities, the support from Visit Central Florida Sports and the number of teams that enjoy returning to the destination, we have been able to build events there that programs circle on their calendars every year.”
Prospect Wire is also expanding its presence at IMG Academy in Bradenton. The new Labor Day Classic East has already attracted 27 teams, while the inaugural IMG Fall Showdown is nearing a sellout with 42 teams registered.

The Florida State Fall Championships in Sanford is another event experiencing significant growth. After selling out with 41 teams in 2025, the 2026 tournament is already closing in on 50 registrations. Prospect Wire will also have access to all nine turf fields at Boombah Sports Complex this fall after utilizing only four fields last year while portions of the complex underwent returfing.
The Florida schedule will conclude with the Winter Classic in Polk County from December 4–6. The event hosted 85 teams in 2024 and 84 teams in 2025 and already has 44 teams registered approximately five months in advance.

Additional Florida stops include West Palm Beach, Port St. Lucie, Port Charlotte, Jupiter and Lake City. Prospect Wire’s western schedule will feature events in Peoria and Tucson, Arizona, Irvine, California, and Ogden, Utah.
