Athletes and families alike will be happy to plan out their weekend activities around competitions in southeastern Pennsylvania – a mecca of Fall Fun, not to mention home to beautiful foliage when the leaves start changing! Check out just a sampling of things that visitors in town for sporting events can do in Valley Forge & Montgomery County –
Valley Forge National Historical Park
Montgomery County is lucky enough to be home to one of the country’s national parks, which makes for incredible fall foliage viewing during the autumn months. Go for a run, rent a bike, or take a trolly tour through the ____ acre park to experience the beauty of Valley Forge when the colors are changing.

Ott’s Exotic Plants: Mum Mountain
Mum Mountain at Ott’s Exotic Plants is a fall staple in Montgomery County. Located in Schwenksville, this floral masterpiece is truly something you must experience with your own eyes. Not to mention, Ott’s has an extensive collection of plants from all over the world and is free to visit!
Looking for a way to experience the beauty of fall foliage from comfort? Check out the Colebrookdale Railroad’s fall foliage train rides through Secret Valley. Take the standard Fall Foliage tour, or upgrade to the Autumn Splendor ride, which includes brunch, lunch, or dinner. Looking for even more fun?
