<p>The founding of Pulaski County&#8217;s Sports &amp; Entertainment Authority marked the beginning of a new era for the small but mighty community in southwest Virginia. We sat down with Executive Director Tim Miller, to learn more about the authority&#8217;s original purpose and goals.</p>
