This interactive learning center appeals to both children and adults, making it ideal for families. It features a system of self-guided nature trails through woods and fields and around ponds, a visitor center with exhibits, gift shop and natural history library. Year-round staff-led tours and programs are offered, plus Summer Nature Camp, October Apple Butter Festival and March Maple Syrup Festival. The gift shop stocks a variety of nature and environmental items.

The Lansing Sports Commission (LSC) is your resource for sports tournament and event planning in Michigan's Capital Region. As a full-service sports commission, we will work with you on every aspect of your event, as dedicated to its success as you are. Located in the heart of Michigan, Greater Lansing is convenient to reach and easy to navigate. Use Fenner Nature Center for your next event. Plenty of outdoor spaces to host a great meeting or event for 300+ people Davis Nature Pavilion has a patio that can seat 50. Tables, chairs and set up are included in the rental price. Guests would have access to the building's private restrooms so long as they adhere to the capacity limits and safety precautions required at the time of their event. Maple Grove Pavilion, a small open air pavilion with 6 picnic tables. This is located a short walk from our main parking lot along a paved path. Guests would have access to the Visitor Center's restrooms during open hours. Tables and chairs, other than the picnic tables, are not included and would need to be brought in by the renter. This site does not have electricity. This site can comfortably fit 36 at the picnic tables, or if chairs are brought in, comfortably 50. Group Campground, a ~1 acre field with a small covered patio, firepit and private outhouse. This field is accessible from a private parking lot that holds approximately 30 cars. Tables, chairs and tents are not included and would need to be brought in by the renter. Tents and canopies larger than 10x10 require a permit with the City of Lansing. This site does not have electricity. This site can comfortably fit 150. Festival Field, a large open field to the east of the park entrance and north of our main parking lot. Guests would have access to the Visitor Center's restrooms during open hours. Tables, chairs and tents are not included and would need to be brought in by the renter. Tents and canopies larger than 10x10 require a permit with the City of Lansing. This site does not have electricity. This site can comfortably fit 300+. Welcomes inquiries from sports groups.

The All Around the African World Museum and Resource Center through pictures, artifacts, printed material and displays, the African presence in Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia, and the Americas. Displays are supplemented by guided tours on request. A great option to explore during downtime between sports events.

The beautifully landscaped 100-acre park, gardens and zoo are situated in an old oak forest along the Red Cedar River. Located in the heart of the Capital City, Potter Park Zoo exhibits from around the world. A zoo for all seasons, Potter Park is open all year. The Exploration and Discovery Center for Education provides classes and hands-on learning as well as a Safari Room available to rent for parties, meetings and receptions. The park surrounds the zoo, offering picnicking, exercise area and a playground. Camel and pony rides, a petting zoo, food concessions and a unique Zoovenir Gift Shop are open seasonally. University Club of MSU Spa

MSU Tennis Center is open to the public and the greater Michigan State University community. We offer a unique "pay as you play" opportunity, meaning we do not charge an initiation fee or carry monthly dues. The center is home to the MSU men's and women's tennis team and serves as a teaching center for the Department of Kinesiology. The Tennis Center houses eight indoor courts with permanent seating for 1,200. We offer a wide range of classes, leagues, permanent court time and have travel teams for all ages and skill levels. The Spartan Spirit Shop inside the center is the only place to find the latest and greatest in MSU-branded tennis apparel as well as all your equipment needs. Join the **Midwest Fall Brawl Lacrosse Tournament**, the premier lacrosse showcase for boys and girls teams in the Midwest. Hosted at the state-of-the-art Hope Sports Complex in Lansing, Michigan, this **October 10–11, 2026** event features high-energy competition across divisions from U10 to Varsity.&#x20;

Boys divisions play three guaranteed games on October 11, while girls divisions compete in 8v8 small-sided matches concluding by 2:00 PM on October 10, perfect for homecoming festivities.&#x20;

Midwest Fall Brawl Lacrosse Tournament

The **2nd Annual Comet Classic** is a collegiate bowling tournament hosted by The University of Olivet.  This one day event taking place at Royal Scot Golf & Bowl will feature approximately 30 teams.
