Additionally, Concept House partners with local creatives and business owners to host monthly events open to the public, Business Owner Stacy Hillstead said. Events include workshops, classes and community events.

Our journey began in downtown San Diego, where we worked alongside our team to create a ‘New-School’ Mediterranean style, combining traditional flavors, familiar ingredients, and genuine service to create memorable experiences for all.

WHERE WE STARTED  
In 2009 Gary & Kim Hutchens began the incredible journey of HTeaO with a hunch and a vision. For years Gary had been selling his flavored iced teas in his burger restaurant Buns Over Texas. Having seen his drive thru iced tea business continue to grow he made a strategic decision to use the construction of his new Buns Over Texas as an opportunity to add a dedicated tea store to the end of his new building. Texas Tea was officially born.

We are brewing up something incredible at HTeaO. In January 2018 we launched our franchise prototype store in Midland, TX. Our desire is to provide ultra-premium Tea, Water, and related products that give people safe and healthy food choices in a fun and clean environment. We are committed to providing the absolute best quality iced tea money can buy in a retail environment. While working his way through college at Texas Tech University in a local cafe, Justin discovered his love for the restaurant business. At the age of 22, he opened the first restaurant that he successfully owned and operated for 15 years. Justin married his love, Channa in 2008. They welcomed their firstborn daughter on September 17, 2009 and their son, on November 14, 2011. As Texas natives they moved to McKinney in 2014 from Central Texas. They opened their second restaurant 11|17 in 2018, serving their community and building relationships with their neighbors. 11|17 is a tribute to their children and their birthdays.

Dutch Bros Coffee was founded in 1992 by Dane and Travis Boersma. After three generations in the dairy business, the brothers decided to use changes in the industry as motivation to branch out and try something new. The bros bought a double-head espresso machine, cranked up the stereo, threw open the barn doors, and started experimenting with 100 pounds of beans.
