Centrally located between UW – Eau Claire’s campus and downtown Eau Claire, Owen Park is home to a classic Eau Claire music venue, bike trail and one of the many playgrounds in our area. During the summer months, dance the night away to music of the Blues while chowing down on some quality local grub. You can expect all of this and more while at Owen Park!

Constructed in 1891 during the waning years of logging in Eau Claire, the David P. Graves house features a gable front and wing façade and wood frame, characteristic of Folk Victorian architecture. The house maintains its original wood siding and windows, as well as original decorative gable trim featured on the front two gables.  
  
With updated amenities guests will feel right at home. During the summer guests can enjoy a beautiful three seasons patio and short walks to local parks.
