Constructed in 1891 during the waning years of logging in Eau Claire, the David P. Graves house features a gable front and wing façade and wood frame, characteristic of Folk Victorian architecture. The house maintains its original wood siding and windows, as well as original decorative gable trim featured on the front two gables. With updated amenities guests will feel right at home. During the summer guests can enjoy a beautiful three seasons patio and short walks to local parks. Guest access Guests have access to the second floor of the house. The downstairs is rented out separately.

Guests have access to the entire unit plus back patio deck and yard Due to road construction on Hudson Street, there is 1 off-street parking stall in rear of the property, which is accessed through the ally. There is on-street parking on either 2nd or 3rd Avenue.
