The 2.5-mile loop begins on East Evergreen and winds through Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, Officers Row, and downtown Vancouver, joining the Waterfront Renaissance Trail at the Vancouver Land Bridge. Sights along the way include Fort Vancouver, Pearson Air Museum, Providence Academy, and Esther Short Park. The trail can be covered in 1.5 hours, or enjoyed in sections to allow more time to explore.

The "Ilchee" statue, created by sculptor Eric Jensen in 1994, commemorates Ilchee, or “Moon Girl,” a powerful figure from Chinook history. Situated along Vancouver's Waterfront Renaissance Trail, this statue honors her unique role as a female Chinook leader in the early 1800s. Ilchee was the daughter of Chief Comcomly, a respected Chinook leader when Lewis and Clark first documented their encounters with the Chinook people in the region. This statue is part of Ilchee Plaza, designed to celebrate the cultural legacy and continued presence of the Chinook people in the area, who have lived along the Columbia River for thousands of years. The statue portrays Ilchee gazing across the Columbia River, connecting her story to this land and the heritage of the Chinook people.

Located on the Columbia River, the Vancouver Landing is open to the public and features a floating boat dock as well as an upper dock. The amphitheater, or concrete “park,” is great to sit and relax and watch the river activity.

Located on the first floor of The Hudson Building, the Umpqua Bank Community Room is provided by and managed by Umpqua Bank for nonprofit meeting and event space. It has capacity to hold 48 people and is available and free of charge for non-profits only.

AQUA Gallery is a contemporary art gallery located in the Terminal One building on the waterfront in Vancouver. Situated along the Columbia River, the gallery offers a unique aquarium like space where art, environment, and community intersect. AQUA Gallery primarily features local and regional artists that explore themes of culture, geography, discovery, water, and industry—reflecting both the history of the waterfront and the broader narratives that shape the Pacific Northwest. Exhibitions rotate quarterly. In addition to curated exhibitions, AQUA Gallery hosts artist talks that provide deeper insight into the creative process of showcasing artists. The gallery is curated by Sharon Svec, a contract curator and multidisciplinary artist with a background in performance, art, design, and communication. Sharon’s interdisciplinary experience informs the gallery’s programming, fostering exhibitions that are immersive, concept-driven, and thoughtfully constructed.

Located at the corner of Daniels Street and Columbia Way, the AC Hotel Marriott Vancouver Waterfront features 4,000 square feet of meeting space and on-site, structured parking. It is the first completed project of the Port of Vancouver's Terminal 1 development just west of the Interstate Bridge. In 1999, Greg Lueck and Rebecca Seymour renovated the turn-of-the-century Vancouver National Bank Building to showcase Firehouse Glass, the Northwest's Premier Glass Working Center. Firehouse Glass provides community exposure to glass art as well as a collaborative forum for artists working in the glass medium. Firehouse Glass provides world-class equipment and facilities with a vision of community, education, and collaboration in the glass arts.

USTA PNW NTRP Sectional Championships

Established in 1904, the USTA Pacific Northwest is one of 17 sections of the United States Tennis Association, the governing body of tennis. Based in Beaverton, Oregon, the USTA PNW is a 501c3 charitable nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote and develop the growth of tennis in the Pacific Northwest.  Operating in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and northern Idaho USTA PNW over 25,000 individual adult and junior members and over 200 organization members and providers, such as tennis facilities and community tennis associations, who also help us to promote the sport.
