The first Fustini's Oils & Vinegars opened in 2007 in Traverse City, and flourished from the very beginning. You don't have to be a professional musician to make these bells sing. Three times a week, members of the public are invited to choose from more than 100 song options and try their hand at playing this chime.

The Kerrytown Chime is a seven-ton, world-class instrument. It’s also the only instrument of its kind that is open for the public to play. Its 17 bells can be heard from a three-to-four-block radius.

Experience this world-class instrument! The Kerrytown Chime is open for the public to play every **Saturday at 10:30am** and **Wednesdays and Fridays at 12-noon**.

Small Bite Sessions is a 30-minute, affordably priced tasting class designed to introduce you to some of our favorite foods, while guiding you through a delicious compare-and-contrast of different versions of the same food. Similar to our other tasting classes, you’ll learn about the producers, flavor profiles, and get a taste of each variation!

No passport required. Join us for a Small Session featuring 4-5 extra virgin olive oils from around the world. We’ll hop from country to country, tasting how different olive varieties, climates, and traditions can create oils that are fruity, grassy, buttery, peppery, bold, and everything in between. Come take a tiny trip around the world, one drizzle at a time. Don’t worry, we’ll have bread from Zingerman’s Bakehouse as a mighty olive oil vessel!
