The Ann Arbor Film Festival is the oldest avant-garde and experimental film festival in North America, founded by George Manupelli in 1963. Many organic ingredients make up their newly created recipes, made from scratch for you. This includes their unique whole wheat breads and yummy sauces. First Bite uses basic ingredients to create each recipe from scratch. Minimal cooking ensures that nutrients are optimally captured. They don’t use anything you can’t trust, such as artificial colors, additives, preservatives, GMO foods, excessive sodium, processed foods such as white flour, or refined sugars.

Small Bite Sessions is a 30-minute, affordably priced tasting class designed to introduce you to some of our favorite foods, while guiding you through a delicious compare-and-contrast of different versions of the same food. Similar to our other tasting classes, you’ll learn about the producers, flavor profiles, and get a taste of each variation!

No passport required. Join us for a Small Session featuring 4-5 extra virgin olive oils from around the world. We’ll hop from country to country, tasting how different olive varieties, climates, and traditions can create oils that are fruity, grassy, buttery, peppery, bold, and everything in between. Come take a tiny trip around the world, one drizzle at a time. Don’t worry, we’ll have bread from Zingerman’s Bakehouse as a mighty olive oil vessel!
