The Mountain Dell courses, 16 miles east of downtown at an altitude of 6,000 ft above sea level, offer breathtaking views and frequent glimpses of wildlife such as moose, deer, elk, eagles, hawks, badgers, squirrels, and an occasional cougar. The Lake Course features narrow, rolling fairways and tee shots over ravines and water.

Easy as pie. Tram Car Pizza, located on Level 2 at the Snowbird Center, is your one-stop pizza shop. Choose from a menu of favorite food items, cooked on-the-spot, in quick fashion. Sometimes you just don’t have an hour to spend eating, especially on those epic pow days. Stay fueled up on pizza slices that will get you back on the mountain energized.

One of the best hikes for families with children - a great nature walk. Short, not too steep, and with a beautiful pay off at the end in the form of an unusual waterfall.

Donut Falls Trail

Re-opening in the 2025-26 winter season, the new mid-mountain restaurant features sweeping views of Gad Valley and an expansive patio for outdoor seating. Located at the top of the Mid-Gad chairlift, the space features 355 indoor seats and an additional 90 patio seats—all on a single level. At The Nest, guests will find a range of American and internationally influenced cuisine served buffet style.

The Summit is Snowbird’s newest year-round guest facility located atop Hidden Peak at 11,000 feet. Just a few steps from the Aerial Tram, The Summit is accessible for any tram passenger whether on foot, skis, bikes or boards. Is it a vampire's hideout? A house full of ghostly visitors? Or could it just be old pipes? No one knows for certain. But one thing is certain: not everyone who enters finds their way out... Get your pencils ready because we're just dying to read the tales you conjure for the old mansion!Participants and families are invited to the showcase and awards. Participants are encouraged to read their entry aloud at the showcase.
