This month’s talk, “Stop Starting Over: The Science of Building Exercise Habits That Stick,” features Dr. Danielle Wadsworth with Auburn University’s School of Kinesiology. Wadsworth will explore the science behind exercise habits, including why motivation comes and goes, how habits develop and what research says about making exercise a lasting part of everyday life.
