Open Face at Eastman Museum features sandwiches, soups, salads, sides, and baked goods, including numerous vegan or vegetarian options, such as corn mash, mashed pea, chickpea, and toasted brie. In this class, students will discover the attitude and spirit of the Bouffon through:

- Choral work  
- Finding the fun in becoming and mocking  
- Navigating rich thematic territories.
