Butternut Squash & Apple Bruschetta – Learn how to safely tackle butternut squash and slice crisp apples for this savory-sweet starter.  
Autumn Chopped Salad – Practice precision knife cuts while building a colorful, crunchy salad full of seasonal favorites.  
Puff Pastry Apple Roses – Finish with a show-stopping dessert that’s as beautiful as it is delicious—thinly sliced apples wrapped in puff pastry and baked to golden perfection.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.  
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.  
Closed-toe shoes encouraged.
