Serving wood-fired contemporary American fare accented with bold Middle Eastern and Coastal Mediterranean flavors, Flint by Baltaire is currently open for lunch, dinner, happy hour, and rooftop cocktails. It’s set inside a stunning, two-story indoor & outdoor space overlooking Camelback Road at The Esplanade in Phoenix. The gleaming exhibition kitchen is tucked behind a glass wall and boasts gorgeous, mid-century modern decor with natural wood accents and vintage European furnishings. Downstairs the stylish lounge, main dining room and multiple private event spaces offer a wide variety of unique dining and socializing opportunities. Guests can also dine alfresco all year round on Flint’s spacious indoor–outdoor, fully air-conditioned patio. Altogether, there is seating for more than 200 guests throughout. We also offer catering for pick up Monday through Friday.

Join FLINT by Baltaire for an intimate Silver Oak Winemaker’s Dinner on Thursday, October 8 at 6 p.m. in Phoenix’s Biltmore neighborhood. This one-night culinary experience features a five-course menu from Executive Chef Josh Winters, thoughtfully paired with wines from Silver Oak and Prince Hill.

The evening begins with a welcome reception featuring Silver Oak Sauvignon Blanc and passed bites before moving into a seated dinner showcasing seasonal dishes paired with Prince Hill Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, followed by Silver Oak’s celebrated Alexander Valley and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons.

Guests will experience a menu created specifically for the evening, with pairings designed to highlight the character of each wine. The dinner is $150 per person, plus a 20% service charge. Seating is limited and advance reservations are recommended.
