Pro Ambitions Providence College with Division 1 Coaches

The Pro Ambitions Battle Camp brings skill work and game situations together for players and a goalie curriculum that focuses on positioning and technique for goalies that they can implement immediately in game situations. There is 4 hours of ice each day Monday through Thursday broken up into 9 AM-11 AM and 1 PM-3 PM sessions with off ice work outs and games after each ice session. The first hour of each on ice session focuses on a particular skill that is needed to be battle ready. During that time the goalies are separate from the player group working with the goalie coach on different drills to improve their positioning, stance, and maneuverability in and around the crease. The second hour of each on ice session is all battle drills where players go 1v1 against each other and get to implement their newly learned skills to game situations. During this time the goalies are in the nets and they get to implement their newly learned skills to game situations as well. Our off ice work outs are all body weight, safe for kids, and things that they can continue to do at home through out the year so they can be the strongest player on their team.
