Corral Bar and Riverside Grill features a large deck overlooking the Chippewa River, Friday fish fry (broasted cod), and a Sunday special of broasted chicken. Saturday-Thursday Corral Bar and Riverside Grill offers a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu from 5:00 a.m.-2:00 a.m. They have daily lunch and dinner specials. On Thursday nights, enjoy their all you can eat BBQ rib dinner. Corral has specials on broasted walleye and rib eye steaks every Saturday night.

Also, during the summer months, rent kayaks and canoes right at the bar and the staff will coordinate dropping you off and picking you up.

Rock Falls Raceway is a NHRA 1/4 mile drag racing facility. The track offers many different classes of drag racing including bracket racing, import/sport compact races, fun races, and motorcycle drag racing. The track is located 9 miles south of Eau Claire, just off Highway 85 near Caryville. The track is open most weekends from April through October. Rock Falls Raceway

The Elk Creek Fishery area expands 330 acres of land in fee title, which covers approximately 3.3 miles of stream. Fisheries easements provide public access along an additional 10.8 miles of stream. Streams in the fishery area are all class 1 trout streams. Elk Creek supports a good population of brown trout with brook trout present near the confluence of the tributaries.

Wheaton Park

This 63-acre park in the nearby town of Wheaton has 1.5 miles of snowshoe trails, a sledding hill, ice skating rink and snowmobile trailer parking with trail access. Sleds are also available for public use at the sliding hills, provided by a local Scout group.

The Red Cedar Trail has a compacted limestone surface and meanders past towering sandstone bluffs and pastoral farmland, through deep, deciduous forests, sunny meadows, and expansive river bottoms. Sweeping vistas of the Red Cedar River are found along much of the 14.5 miles of trail. Be certain to slow your pace and enjoy the amazing diversity of animals and plants found here. 

This gently sloping, four-season trail rests upon the bed of a historic railway. The north trailhead is at the old Depot and contains historical and natural exhibits, sells trail passes, and is a visitor center for the City of Menomonie and surrounding area.
