About Skagit River Raceway

Northwest Oval/Off-road/On-road Radio Control Association (NORA) was established over 40 years ago. We are a non-profit RC racing club located in Skagit County, Washington.

The club currently holds racing at three venues:

Skagit River Raceway, located in Burlington, Washington, is home to three seasonal outdoor dirt tracks - off-road, oval and roval.

The club moves indoors for winter oval and on-road carpet racing at the Skagit County Fairgrounds.

And two indoor dirt tracks - oval and roval- are located at Creekside Speedway in Stanwood, Washington, where racing series and events are held throughout the year.
