This nine-acre park is divided into three separate areas. The upper area, formerly known as Upper Foster Park, contains a small baseball field. The lower portion of the park contains a softball field, a tennis court and a basketball court. The third area has a baseball field, picnic shelter, playground equipment, restroom, and paved pathway.

With 4.8 acres, this Tukwila park was dedicated on July 13, 2000. With the help of a Community Development Block Grant, federally funded through King County, the City added play equipment and a paved path to provide handicapped access to the park and playground. Park improvements also include irrigation, fencing and a large grassy area. This is a passive, open neighborhood park for families and is located at the site of the old Tukwila Community Center. A 22,917 square foot gymnasium, Highline College Pavilion in Des Moines seats 1,300 spectators and is equipped to be configured for up to two full basketball courts or six volleyball courts.
