Brookview's Regulation Course is mature and moderately bunkered with beautifully maintained greens and fairways. Bassett Creek flows through the course, crossing six holes. Other water hazards come into play on 11 additional holes. The course features multiple tee settings with total distance ranging from 6,397 yards (from the blue championship tees) to 5,328 yards (from the red forward tees).

The 9-hole Par 3 Course is challenging and varied enough for experienced players who want to sharpen their short game, featuring sand traps, trees, and water hazards.

Brookview offers a full range Driving Range, a Golf Shop, a Lawn Bowling green with 8 rinks for bowling, and the Three One Six Bar + Grill.

In winter, the lawn bowling green is changed over to outdoor pub curling. A lighted 1-mile groomed trail is perfect for cross-country skiing, skijoring, and fat tire biking. Brookview is also home to two 18-hole, winter disc golf courses.
