Request for Proposal (RFP) Young Adult-Centric Amateur Wushu Sanda, Kickboxing, Boxing & Muay Thai Event Series Organization Hurricane X Promotions Program Overview Hurricane X Promotions is seeking partnerships with cities, local governments, and venues in agricultural regions with strong young adult populations. Our events feature high-energy, family-friendly amateur Wushu Sanda, kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai with a distinct young adult vibe while remaining accessible and enjoyable for all ages. Target Cities & Regions California’s Central Valley, South Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Florida, and other agricultural communities with large young adult demographics. Objectives Engage local youth through amateur martial arts Create exciting, community-focused live events Deliver strong entertainment and sponsorship value for host cities/venues Generate significant economic impact for the local economy Event Specifications 14 fights (3 to 5 rounds each) Approximately 4-hour show including preliminaries and main card Average attendance: 500 – 1000 people Economic Impact (Beds & Heads) Approximately 30–35% of attendees travel from out of town and stay at least one night. In addition, 15 fighters + 25 event staff and their families attend, with 75–80% of fighters staying two nights in local hotels. Financial Structure This is a true buyout model. The host purchases the complete event package for a flat fee of $30,000. The host keeps 100% of gate receipts, concessions, and all local sponsorship revenue. Hurricane X Promotions retains 25% of ring branding space for its national sponsors. The host assumes all financial risk. Sponsor Value Sponsors receive up to $30,000 in estimated media value through ring branding, fighter uniforms, digital signage, custom video content, and long-term social media exposure. Timeline Preferred booking window: 9–12 months in advance. Minimum lead time: 3–4 months (shorter timelines possible depending on availability). What We Provide Full event insurance and injury waivers for all fighters All travel expenses for fighters and staff Custom branded boxing ring, apron, ropes, and mat Professional filming, streaming, and social media content creation Host Responsibilities Venue Security, police, fire, and ambulance services as needed Special permits and approvals Local marketing and promotion Event staffing and all other operational requirements How to Respond Please reply with your venue details, preferred or available dates, and any questions you may have.
