Vegan food that everyone will love! The mission of the Detroit Street Filling Station is to prepare high-quality, nutritious vegan food, and to demonstrate the breadth and versatility of plant-based whole foods. Detroit Street Filling Station, when possible, uses local and organic produce, makes everything from scratch from fine ingredients, and emphasizes environmental sustainability. The restaurant features an outdoor patio, weekly live music, and a seasonally changing menu.

Beautiful, intimate non-profit performing arts venue set in an historic Victorian-era house that is an important part of the cultural fabric of the greater Ann Arbor area. Established in 1984, Kerrytown Concert House presents a rich and diverse array of concerts to Michigan audiences each season from September through June. Offerings include chamber music, jazz, cabaret, world music, singer-songwriter, as well as occasional opera, blues, and genre-crossing collaborations. Similar to our other tasting classes, you’ll learn about the producers, flavor profiles, and get a taste of each variation!

No passport required. Join us for a Small Session featuring 4-5 extra virgin olive oils from around the world. We’ll hop from country to country, tasting how different olive varieties, climates, and traditions can create oils that are fruity, grassy, buttery, peppery, bold, and everything in between. Come take a tiny trip around the world, one drizzle at a time. Don’t worry, we’ll have bread from Zingerman’s Bakehouse as a mighty olive oil vessel!
