Baton Rouge is currently hosting the United States Bowling Congress Open Championships in the Raising Cane’s River Center, welcoming bowlers and fans from across the country to our vibrant city! The United States Bowling Congress (USBC) is the national governing body for bowling in the United States, and the Open Championships are considered one of the world’s largest sporting events. ​From March to July, the city will welcome more than 50,000 bowlers and their guests to this huge tournament.​ Bowlers and their friends and families’ time in the Capital City is filled with great games, unforgettable meals, and plenty of Southern charm. 🏆

This year’s field was comprised of 100 professional and amateur players from 20 countries and 22 states (including Louisiana) and includes the winners and finalists of the world’s four Grand Slams: the U.S. Open, Australian Open, French Open, and Wimbledon.
