Revolutionary Theatre Makers Playground

Join Barnstormers Revue every third Sunday for an afternoon of skillsharing, community building, and ensemble co-creation. Facilitated by BSR co-founders Cydney Marie and Marlowe Martinez, each month will focus on a topic or technique addressing the question of how theatre can create revolutionary change. In addition to practicing styles like Theatre of the Oppressed, devising, documentary theatre, and more, this monthly interactive workshop will also offer space for critical discussion with likeminded artists and changemakers.

Appropriate for artists and activists of all experience levels, the only requirements to join this workshop are an openness to critical reflection and, crucially, a willingness to play. Attendees have the option to stay after for BSR's monthly membership meeting and to join BSR on future projects, including crafting short performances for our quarterly Salon Night.
